So definitively it will probably be a few years before the servers go down since ME3 and MEA are the only online multiplayer supportive games of the series. But when it starts getting to costly then they will hippity hoppity out of trying to spend to much money.
It depends, the only conclusive answer anyone can give you is "it all depends on the amount of money the game still brings in." It is easy to hypothesize that ME3 still sells enough for EA to make enough profit to keep the servers up.
